ATORA Training Pty. Ltd. (“ATORA”) and it’s associated entities operates the atoratraining.com website and may operate other websites. It is ATORA's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites the privacy of our customers. This policy details how we collect and treat your personal information. “Personal information” is information we hold which is identifiable as being about you specifically. Website Visitors Like most website operators, ATORA collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. The purpose in collecting non-personally indentifying information is to understand how ATORA's visitors use its website. From time to time, ATORA may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website. ATORA also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and for users leaving comments on atoratraining.com.

ATORA only discloses logged in user and commenter IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below, except that commenter IP addresses and email addresses are visible and disclosed to the administrators of the blog/site where the comment was left. ATORA may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites. ATORA may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, ATORA does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. Cookies A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer, and that the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. ATORA uses cookies to help ATORA identify and track visitors, their usage of ATORA website, and their website access preferences. ATORA visitors who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers should set their browsers to refuse cookies before using ATORA websites, with the drawback that certain features of ATORA's websites may not function properly without the aid of cookies. Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information Certain visitors to ATORA's websites and physical premises choose to interact with ATORA in ways that require ATORA to gather personally-identifying information.

The amount and type of information that ATORA gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask visitors who sign up to trial or purchase our services at atoratraining.com or at our physical premises to provide details about themselves. Those who engage in transactions with ATORA are asked to provide additional information, including as necessary the personal and financial information required to process those transactions. In each case, ATORA collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with ATORA. Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information ATORA discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organisations that: need to know that information in order to process it on ATORA's behalf or to provide services available at ATORA's websites and physical premises, and that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organisations may be located outside of Australia; by using ATORA's websites or services you consent to the transfer of such information to them. If you are a registered user of a ATORA website or ATORA services and have supplied your email address and/or phone number BeFit may occasionally send you an email, call you or send you an SMS to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what’s going on with ATORA and our products. If you send us a request (for example via email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish the request in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users. Business Transfers If part or substantially all of ATORA's asset are acquired or in the unlikely event that ATORA goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party to the extent permissible by law. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of ATORA may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy. Ads Ads appearing on any of our websites or social media sites may be delivered to users by advertising partners, who may set cookies. These cookies allow the ad server to recognise your computer each time they send you an online advertisement to compile information about you or others who use your computer.

This information allows ad networks to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. This Privacy Policy covers the use of cookies by ATORA and does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers. Privacy Policy Changes Although most changes are likely to be minor, ATORA may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and in ATORA's sole discretion. ATORA encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Privacy Policy. If you have a ATORA membership or account for services or information through the ATORA site, you might also receive an alert informing you of these changes. Your continued use of ATORA's sites or services after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ATÓRA Training reserves the right to change conditions of membership, hours of operation, services offered and all fees and charges, at any time, at its sole discretion with reasonable notice. Any such changes will be notified to you through either the website or mail to your last known email address.

ATÓRA Training CODE OF CONDUCT:

By submitting this form you agree to be bound by the ATÓRA Training Code of Conduct.

MEMBERSHIP FEE DETAILS:

By providing a payment method for your membership, you explicitly give ATÓRA Training the authority to charge your membership fee on a weekly basis according to the term of your subscription. Payments are normally processed on the day of the week which you join.

There is a one-time account setup fee of $15. Total cost of the membership will include a one time payment gateway processing fee of $2 on the first payment in addition to the above cost. Payments are subject to a weekly processing fee dictated by the payment method of your choosing.

All costs include GST.

On each occasion that a scheduled payment is declined for any reason, we will continue to attempt to process the payment each day after. If payments continue to fail the members ability to book classes will be limited. Failed payments will incur a $3.85 failed payment charge in addition to the weekly cost of the membership.

The minimum term for a 6 month membership is a total of 26 weekly payments. Any suspensions or time free does not account for the 6months.

RENEWAL POLICY:

Flexi Membership: Your membership will continue until you cancel your membership with two weeks notice.

6 Month Membership: Your membership will automatically renew month-to-month at the end of the current term at the standard rate unless you cancel at least 14 days before the end of the term.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Flexi Membership: You may cancel your membership at any time with two weeks notice after the first month of membership is complete.

To notify ATÓRA Training of cancellation, send an email to (STUDIOLOCATION)@atoratraining.com which details your name, email we have on file for you, including cancellation date request and reason for cancelling.

ACCOUNT SUSPENSIONS:

You may pause your membership for up to a maximum of 4 weeks within a 6 month period by providing written notice to ATÓRA Training. Suspensions are to be used on a 7, 14, 21 or 28 day basis and must start back inline with your normal membership payment collection date. Suspensions require an exact return date for the pause.

Should any payments, fees or other debts remain due but unpaid from any source, ATÓRA Training may suspend your use of the services until all fees and other debts are paid in full.

LIABILITY WAIVER AND INDEMNITY:

ATÓRA Training is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend class.

I understand that classes at ATÓRA Training may be physically strenuous and have inherent dangers and risks and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is a risk of personal (physical and mental) injury, property loss or death.

By submitting this form I agree that I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives hereby release ATÓRA Training and their owners, volunteers, directors, officers, employees, trainers and independent contractors from any claims of any kind whatsoever for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

I also agree to hold harmless and indemnify ATÓRA Training and their owners, volunteers, directors, officers, employees, trainers and independent contractors from any liability for property damage or personal injury which a third party may suffer as a result of me participating in classes at ATÓRA Training.
